The platform is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. PactSeal disclaims implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitations

PactSeal and its suppliers are not liable for damages such as data loss, business interruption, or lost profits arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
